There is no way that someone could be so screwed up as her. I am failing to identify with her because it appears that she never has worked a day in her life. ick.
Well She is just recently out of High School, no? It's not that uncommon for high schoolers to not have a job until after they graduate. When I was in HS I had to have parental consent to have a job. Or even if she worked for family, where you don't need to interview. It's a plausible scenario. :]
I had to get my first "real job" out of college. Before that nobody really wanted to interview me, they just gave me the job after talking to me a little.
My reaction to the way my first interview went was pretty similar to hers, actually, the people scared me half to death though. I came out of it, went to the car, and called everyone sobbing about how horrible to was and why did it have to be such a horrible interview.
I only got my first job the summer after my first year at university, despite the fact that I applied for half a dozen jobs every few months. Of course she's never worked a day in her life, most people her age haven't (other than odd jobs).
