After more than 3 years, this is the first physical, romantic contact anyone of our cast ever had. I'm not sure how I feel about this. Also:
"Giiiitt 'iiimm!"

So you can't compliment her or go on a fancy date every now and then, is this gonna work?

Probably a dumb question but someone give me a perspective here!, because so far it looks like she's being difficult while having the added bonus of leading him on!

I won't claim I understand her thought processes here, but I think your "leading him on" comment is both unfair and wrong. She does genuinely like him. I have no idea if she has any "romantic" feelings for him - but she appears to be trying to be totally honest with him. "Leading him on" would require that she be trying to "trick" him in some fashion, and that she's patently NOT doing.

I wanna like Ms Macy but so far it's like "OK! we get it, you're modern!"

I get the impression that she sees the classic stuff as insincere. Maybe she's had a bad experience (or more) in the past? Maybe she's afraid that the amount of effort her date makes carries an implied obligation? Maybe a fancy date puts too much pressure?

I found this tonight and one voice reminded me that I'd promised myself and early night and the other voice said "just one more strip". Looks like both voices are redundant.
