Hey folks, no Sean beautification program today, but something I'm actually a bit nervous sharing. I've been dealing with mental health issues for quite some time now and like with everything there are good and bad days. This little trick has helped me minimizing the bad days greatly, so I wanted to share it with you. Please note that I'm not a professional in the matter and that there's no shame in getting help, if you're facing mental problems. Share the love and be kind to yourself! <3 Regular comic will resume on Friday.

Know the feeling. Although a baby Diem won't help me, I'm glad you found something that works for you. Mental illnesses are a heavy burden.

All the love. :}

Thanks for this. It's so important that we can learn to talk about this kind of stuff.

It can be frighteningly hard to share our weaknesses, what we feel are our weaknesses. But you've shown strength in admitting it, and working on it. Different people may need to visualize it differently, but the core lesson is the same, the need for self-kindness and awareness. Thank you for sharing it <3

I have a friend who says she has problems with her body (she is very skinny, but she is also beautiful—to me anyway) and I sent this to her hoping she can learn something from it.
